Remote Helpdesk Usage Instructions

1. After clicking on the link above, you will see this window popup.
To continue click the ‘Run’ button.
2. Click the ‘Run’ button on this 2nd Prompt
3. Each PC will be given an individual ID number (the below ID is an example only)
Click the ‘Start’ button, then give your number to the support technician when requested.
4. When this screen is presented, please ensure that the three options are ticked,
and then click the ‘Accept’ Button. Your remote session with now commence.
5. When your session is finished the connection will either be terminated by the
support technician, or you may click the ‘Stop’ button at any time.
6. To close this window hit the ‘X’ in the top
right hand corner of the helpdesk software.
