Technical Support Charges
As of Monday 09/08/2010 the following new hourly rates will apply.
All valid quotations prior to 09/08/2010 will be not subject to the increase.
Charges for technical support are as follows:
$130.00 per hour – On-Site Support
$120.00 per hour – Remote Helpdesk Support
$120.00 per hour – Workbench Support
$160.00 per hour – Out of Hours Support
All support fees are charged in thirty minute increments.
$66.00 – In-House Assessment Fee
The ‘Assessment Fee’ is for charged for all machines brought to the office workshop that requires an assessment to determine a course of action. This fee is charged at the time of drop-off and is non-refundable. In the event that work is carried out after the initial assessment is made this fee will be removed from the final invoice total.
Call Out Charges:
$40.00 – Next Day Call Out
$90.00 – Same Day Call Out
$100.00 – Out of Hours Call Out

Support Terms and Conditions
Out Of Hours Support is available for critical business related issues only.
Out of Hours support covers all work outside of normal business hours and public holidays.
Same day support is available to personal requests subject to availability.
All non-business related requests will require payment at the completion of any work performed.
